Project Background

VCCOR is DENBOM's high-end brand in the consumer electronics audio field. In 2022, they released their first consumer-grade bone conduction Bluetooth earphones, and Dprox was invited to upgrade the video creative solution for this product. DENBOM provided bone conduction technology support for the 2008 Beijing Olympics and also provided technical support for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.

Challenges

In the consumer headphone market, it is hard to find a brand that doesn't use 3D CGI to create creative videos for their products (except for budget brands). How to make VCCOR's video different from similar products and avoid being generic? How to express the important features/selling points of the product in a 20-second video, conveying a sense of technology, trendiness, and artistic sense?

  2. Product Highlights: Exclusive innovation with CMC composite magnetic circuit brings advantages of low vibration and high resolution (sound with more layering). Skin-friendly, the entire machine is wrapped in skin-friendly silicone. Waterproof, noise-reducing for calls, and long battery life.
  3. Establishing Differentiation Strategy: The audience for Bluetooth bone conduction earphones is mainly young people who love sports, have a good understanding of technology, and trendiness. Therefore, the overall background environment of the video is mainly light-colored, with a small number of simple curves in the background space to help express trendiness and artistic sense. In the state of motion, the rhythm of the curves in the background space complements the background music. In terms of camera movement, the overall theme is lively, dynamic, and optimistic. Using 3D lighting effects to express the unique characteristics of VCCOR's composite magnetic circuit, using X-ray effects and decomposition effects to express functions such as long battery life and noise reduction. In the underwater world, VCCOR Bone Conduction Bluetooth Earphones are sleeping quietly until they are awakened by a magical force. It slowly floats up, breaks through the water surface, and rises into the air with water droplets, stretching its beautiful body like an elegant swan, floating in the air, welcoming the embrace of sunlight and wind. Subsequently, the earphones are worn on a mannequin head, and various functional features are displayed in sequence with the help of 3D CGI effects.
The entire film is presented in a hyper-realistic style with 3D CGI video, combined with mid-range, close-up, and macro shots to fully showcase features such as skin-friendliness and titanium wire material. Avoiding the limitations of traditional camera shooting, the video is truly customized according to the idea, achieving 100% visual customization.
